From the first message to Gordon about servicing my system to the follow up afterwards, this Company is top notch!  It's been quite some time since I've had a company come out for a service call and give me flat out honesty, good news and bad.  He took the time to explain each issue, laid out a plan to follow to get the repairs done and let me know which parts could wait!
